Terms of Use

These general Terms of Use apply to every Android app published by RMR Solutions LLC ("RMR Solutions", "we", "us") and to this website. By downloading, installing or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms, to the Terms of Use of the specific app you use, and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Terms of Use for each app

Every app has its own Terms of Use that explain what the app does, which permissions it needs, and any rules that are specific to it. Please read the terms of each app you use:

If something in an app's own Terms of Use differs from these general terms, the app's terms apply to that app.

2. Acceptance and Changes

If you do not agree with these terms or with the terms of an app, do not install or use that app. We may update these terms and the terms of any app from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Some apps involve features, such as location sharing, that carry extra eligibility rules, which are described in that app's terms.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent or redistribute our apps, except where applicable law allows it.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use our apps only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of each app.
• Do not use our apps to harm, harass, track without consent or violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to our apps, services or third-party systems.

6. Permissions and Privacy

Our apps ask for permissions only to provide their features. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings, though some features may then stop working. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Some of our apps display ads and use third-party services, such as advertising, analytics and mapping providers. These providers may process certain device information under their own policies. Each app's Google Play listing shows its ad and data-safety details.

8. Independence and Trademarks

Our apps are independent products. Unless stated otherwise, they are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any device manufacturer, car, projector or accessory brand, or by Apple or Google. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMR Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or equipment, arising from your use of our apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using any app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to an app if you breach these terms or the terms of that app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
