AirPro Pods: Battery & Finder

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AirPro Pods: Battery & Finder Android app (package com.airpro.pods, the "App"), provided by RMR Solutions LLC ("RMR Solutions", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. What the App Does

The App helps you keep track of the battery level of your Bluetooth wireless earbuds and helps you find them when they are misplaced, using Bluetooth signals from your phone and, where applicable, the last known location of the connection.

3. Requirements and Compatibility

• An Android device with Bluetooth.
• Earbuds that expose their battery status over standard Bluetooth. We do not guarantee that every earbud model or firmware will report battery levels or be locatable.

4. Permissions

The App asks for permissions only to provide its features:

• Bluetooth / nearby devices: to discover and connect to your earbuds and read battery information.
• Location: Android requires location access to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices, and the App may use it to help you find your earbuds.
• Notifications: to alert you about low battery or connection changes.

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings, though some features may then stop working.

5. No Affiliation with Brands

The App is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. or any other earbud or device manufacturer. Product and brand names that may appear in the App or its store listing belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent or redistribute the App, except where applicable law allows it.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only with earbuds and devices that you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not use the App to locate, track or monitor another person's devices without their permission.
• Do not misuse, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App or third-party hardware.

8. Accuracy of Battery and Location Information

Battery percentages and location or distance indications are estimates. They depend on your earbuds, Bluetooth range and signal, and your phone's settings, and may be delayed or inaccurate. The App cannot locate earbuds that are powered off, out of Bluetooth range or discharged, and cannot guarantee recovery of a lost device.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display ads and may use third-party services (for example, advertising and analytics providers). Those providers may process certain device information under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, compatibility with any specific earbuds, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMR Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss or theft of devices, data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
