Terms of Use

Share Location: Find Friends

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Share Location: Find Friends Android app (package com.sharemylocation.gpstracker, the "App"), provided by RMR Solutions LLC ("RMR Solutions", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. What the App Does

The App lets you share your live GPS location with people you trust and view the locations of friends and family who have chosen to share theirs with you on a map. You can also save favorite places such as Home, Work or School.

Not a spying tool. The App must never be used to track anyone secretly. Location sharing works only with the explicit mutual consent of everyone involved, and a persistent notification is shown whenever the App is actively sharing location.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into these Terms and to consent to location sharing under the laws of your country. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. Where a parent or guardian uses the App with a child, they are responsible for making sure the child understands and agrees to the sharing.

4. Consent and Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

You can stop sharing your location at any time from within the App. We may suspend or remove accounts or connections that we reasonably believe are used in breach of this section.

5. Permissions

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings, though sharing will stop working if location access is turned off.

6. Your Information

To work, the App needs to process your location and basic profile details you choose to provide. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the information you provide and for deciding who can see your location.

7. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent or redistribute the App, except where applicable law allows it.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display ads and may use third-party services (for example, mapping, advertising and analytics providers). Those providers may process certain device information under their own policies.

9. Accuracy and Safety

Location data depends on GPS, mobile networks and device settings and may be delayed or inaccurate. The App is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon in emergencies, for safety-critical decisions or for law-enforcement purposes. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMR Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App or from other users' conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
