This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed by RMR Solutions ("us", "we", or "our") when you use any mobile application ("app", "game") published by RMR Solutions developer in the Google Play store.

This Privacy Policy is in full compliance with the GDPR in EU and COPPA in the US.

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access our apps to stay informed about how we process your personal data and how you can protect your privacy.

Collection of Information

Information we collect automatically through the app

We do not collect any Personal Information from and about you, which specifically identifies you personally (such as your full name, physical address, email address, or precise geolocation).

The only Personal Information collected by our apps is a unique device identifier for advertising ("advertising ID"), for example, Google Advertiser ID.

We may collect some Non-personal information which does not identify you, including:

Information about your device (hardware, software, screen resolution).
Information about your use of the app (features used, preferred options).
Non-precise geolocation information (country or city level).

Section 02

Processing and Usage of Information

We use the information collected to:

Provide non-child users with personalized advertisements (behavioral advertising) through our ad network partners, provided that consent has been given.
Monitor and analyze general statistics about the distribution of the app to maintain and develop our services.
Respond to support requests or complaints sent directly to us via email.

Section 03

Storage of Information

We will store your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Your data are deleted or anonymized as soon as it no longer serves these purposes, and in any event no later than three (3) years after your interaction with our apps has ceased.

Sharing of Information

We disclose information about you to the following recipients only:

Google AdMob: We share your advertising ID to serve contextual or behavioral advertisements. Please see Google AdMob's Privacy Policy for more details.
If you are from the EEA, we share your advertising ID only if you have given your explicit consent in accordance with the GDPR. To revoke this consent, you can uninstall the app or opt-out via Google Ads Settings.

Children's Privacy

Child-Directed Apps

In apps specifically targeted to children, we do not collect, process, or share any Personal Information, including advertising IDs.

Apps for General Audience

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without parental consent. If we become aware that Personal Information has been collected from a child without such consent, we will delete it immediately.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
